This Agreement contains the entire agreement and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written understandings and agreements concerning the subject matter of this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will be enforced to the fullest extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable, that provision shall be deleted, but all other provisions, as well as the remaining portion (if any) of the invalid, void or unenforceable provision, shall continue in full force and effect.
