• The Founder's Experience - Starts at $1,650

Establish your brand with trademark registration and get started on The Road to ® with the same luxury experience but with the option to add on services a la carte when you need it, if you need.

• Non-Substantive Office Actions (we take care of minor things, but big things like legal grounds to block your registration are not included.)

What's an Office Action? An Office Action is essentially a letter saying your application cannot move forward until you address everything listed in the Office Action. Two types: Substantive (legal grounds) and Procedural or Non-Substantive (technical issues) 

We do our best to prepare well before we file to ensure you have the smoothest journey possible on The Road to ® - but we cannot promise issues won't pop up in an office action.

Reaching the end of The Road to ® with your trademark registration certificate proudly displayed at the ® next to your brand is not the end, but the beginning of true brand protection. 

Once you earn the ®, you have to keep it and you do that through regular maintenance and renewal filings.
