Chayla C. Jackson, Esq., is the founder, CEO, and managing attorney of Legacy Legal & Consulting Firm. She saw a need to provide quality legal services at flat rates to new and growing CEOs who needed legal counsel to avoid the legal mistakes that they didn’t know they were making. At the same time, giving her an opportunity to bring her gifts, talents, and unique skillset to the table to provide legal and business services.

A Georgetown Law graduate, Chayla trained as a trial attorney, representing adults and juveniles in criminal law and education matters. Those same skills of defending and advocating for her clients are the same skills she uses to defend CEO’s and their businesses from legal threats. Chayla also trained and taught law at Georgetown Law in the LLM program. In every session with a client, especially start-ups, she is intentional about understanding what knowledge a client has and educating them on the laws of doing business because she believes knowledge of the law is the first step to being empowered and equipped to use the law to build generational wealth.

She is a speaker, trainer, and workshop host. Chayla is also the founder of Build a Legit Biz and 180° Contracts. Both were born out of a desire to provide resources to as many small business owners as possible.
